Trailer
Friend Computer welcomes you to the Alpha Complex, you are now appointed as a Troubleshooter with Red clearance!

Your mission will be to unearth traitors of Alpha Complex and to neutralise them. Friend Computer will definitely maybe reward you for your loyalty!

Paranoia: Happiness is Mandatory: a darkly humorous CRPG, adapted from the tabletop role-playing game created by Dan Gelber, Greg Costikyan and Eric Goldberg.

The game will be released on PC and consoles in 2019, when Friend Computer feels like it.
After We happy Few a new hope for a game with this kind of premise?
Looks to be Steam only

That's so exciting.
I loved the P'n'P RPG.
Now the 64.000 dollar question is: will they be able to bring the fantastic P'n'P gameplay to life on a computer?
And maybe even more important: also for single-player?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Great! The PnP is always fun to play. Of course there are a million ways how they can screw up when trying to make it a computer game, but still I am excited and looking forward to the (eventually DRM-free) release!
Just spoke to developers, no plans to release outside of steam at the moment, but they do have ties with GoG so its could be a possibility later.

It wouldn't hurt if other people asked the developer too.
Lost a clone due to digital rights management.

The description doesn't sound like it would be fun for me.
Besides I think I played the Amiga Version of the game The Paranoia Complex mentioned in the article. As far as I remember I had no idea what was going on or what I had to do.

I never played the Amiga game, but the description alone has me thinking, it might not be the best game ever made. ;)

However - the P'n'P RPG was a lot of fun with the right group of people (as is the case with every MP game).

I just read that the cRPG will be SP only...like I said in my initial post: I hope they manage to make it the same fun experience that the original P'n'P RPG was.
