Hi everyone,

I have a small YouTube channel dedicated to retrogaming and I've been working on a documentary series for Paprium. Paprium was a new game being developed for the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive by the same makers of Pier Solar.

The game promised Neo-Geo graphics and was even taking pre-orders, but now, 7 years later it seems people have lost hope it will ever be released.

In this Documentary, I interview almost everyone who ever worked for the Studio.

I haven't watched yet, but I'm greatly confused by the above sentence. Given that Pier Solar isn't a console it's left me wondering if you mean to put Genesis/Mega Drive?

I tried to buy this game a while ago from the Dev's site, but apparantely it's too hot for the payment provider to handle, or at least that's what the site tells me when I check out the game, heh. Every now and then I still check their site to see what's going on.

I'll watch the documentary later tonight.

Not surprised, people are issuing refunds and there's even some people who want to sue the company.
aaand part 2 is out!
It's sad really, all that potential wasted because one guy went nuts.

Thank you for the detailed documentary, it's really informative.
I'm one of the many that ordered the game and lost faith for not receiving any news about it.
I remember starting this game (Pier Solar)... and ended up forgetting about it.

Cool to see a RPG put on the genesis and cartridges in such a way that it was more or less impossible otherwise, and then a PC release with what couldn't possibly fit before.

I'll watch the videos later, it's nearly time for bed for me.
