Usually i can buy the gog money for the wallet on gog, but this time i failed. When i tried, i put all the card information correctly, and my card has no problem, but when i clic on "pay", i see that it's loading, but then it stopped and it doesn't work. Also, one time there was a message saying that i can't pay where i am, but i was in my country so i don't see why.

So please, can someone tell me what to do for this problem ?

Your first step should be to contact support and ask them to help you with this issue.
It's possible somebody in here might be able to help you, but I would advise you at least do that first. What country are you living in? It might be an issue with your bank.

Sometimes the payment processor for GoG goes down. Maybe try again now?
