Holy crap they're really selling Blade Warrior, the most stylish indie game of the early 90s. This was once one of the most rare games to ever exists and I never thought this would happen to become available on any store again.

GoG team, please try to acquire the rights to sell the games on here as well.

Yet more examples of GOG being behind the game on old games, when Steam gets these without even trying. But hey, at least we get IndieGameWithMinimalistArtstyle #198.

I believe its MS securing interest in their future post-Gabe gaming platform to counter Epics surprising dominance. I don't think they would have bothered if Epic did not started to challenge Steam.

Nope, but I've got an excuse though, I've been playing so much WoW Classic that I'm having trouble really concentrating on anything right now.

Cool to see. Microsoft's Phil Spencer mentioned on the E3 Giant Bomb interview that they were bringing older games to Steam. I think he was asked about other clients and said "maybe down the road, but we're really busy," so I wouldn't expect GOG releases any time soon.

I'm hoping for a lot of stuff, including recent Windows Store exclusives like Gears 4 and Crackdown 3, because I don't want to use that store. Ports of missing titles like Fable 2 and Gears 2-3 would be nice as well, but probably a slim chance.

No? It looks extremely 80s. Compare to, say, HOMM2, released in '96. Anyway they're the crappy DOS versions; would be better off with the Amiga versions.
