I like the graphics done in "BTAS" style.
And "comedy-action-shooter" also has a nice ring to it.
Cripes this was a disaster in nearly ever way. This and X-Blades both open by threatening death via cringe. The protagonist narrates that they're the best ever; which doesn't express actual expertise or talent, just juvenile ego. It quite fits the way Drake is waving his guns around like a child and all the noise of their movement indicating these guns should explode on the first pull of the trigger because too many parts are out-of-place. Both games are also quick to show the protagonist being not the best ever at all: Stripper Croft fiddles with and accidentally activates an ancient artifact in a pawn shop, and Drake just dies.
I'm confident the creators of Overwatch stole the Reaper character from this game.
What a coincidence. I just watched a video about the lowest rated Xbox games of all time. This one held the questionable honor of being the worst.
I feel like I remember reading about this when it first came out and then never thinking about it again, curious how it plays.
Gog knows it's so bad that they didn't even make a release thread for the game :p
Ok, the gameplay of this old shovelware was hilarious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPJ8aOPk6-I

This "game" is bad, like next level bad!

Unfortunately some of the "games" on gog are far worse then this...
Can't believe gog still has this false ADs: Hand-picking the best in gaming and A curated selection of games. This is almost as bad of a joke as this game!

They combined it with the Back to the 00's Promo.
This is one one of those games so infamous that I actually might pick it up eventually out of morbid curiosity, if it's ever something like 90% off. Then again, I tried that with Mystery of the Druids and it didn't really work out. "So bad it's good" doesn't really work for games the way it does for movies.

Your comment makes me think of all the crap film I have seen. Like Death Stalker.

Man, Deathstalker is some of the best shlock out there. Every film in the series a different colour in the rainbow of super entertaining garbage. Except for the 4th one I guess, which if I remember correctly was kind of a repeat of the first one. And the Boris Vallejo posters are unironically great.

....they made posters?? 0_0

Thanks for the heads up!

Side note, I remember opening a fresh pack of Boris cards. Got a special Painted card. Made my day until I got robbed and days later found it under glass at a local comic shop. Store owner wanted nothing to do with tale of woe and he priced it high too.

I've seen one too the other day but this wasn't mentioned: time to play it on my original Xbox ;)

Uh, nice posters. Thanks for the heads-up. :)
