About twenty minutes ago, i completed purchase of the Wolfenstein and Dishonored packs (in one order). The items appear in my game shelf, so the purchase went through. No problem there.

However, i did not get the typical "Your order #<OrderID> is complete!" email i always got for past orders (my last order was in June last year; for that and any previous orders i got an 'order complete' email normally within seconds. (Yes, i checked my spam folder. No, i did not change my email account/settings.)

Does GOG not send those emails anymore, is the system overwhelmed causing delayed email sending (because Wolfenstein, because Dishonored), or is this a problem GOG tech support should know about?

I just made a purchase and I did get a mail. Do your games show up in your orders history?

If yes, then you can view the receipt there, as well. It's quite likely that the system hicced up due to the increased traffic generated by the new releases (it has happened before) and the confirmation mail has been delayed. If it hasn't shown up by tomorrow, you should contact support.

Same here and first time. Figured there could be loads of mails queued, system is probably having a fit with all those instabuys on some titles ;-) May show up at some point, if not then will see.
