None of those indicated people have private messages open, and the "support tickets" link does in fact not take me to a support ticket at all, but rather to a completely useless virtual chat assistant.

So lacking any of your prescribed options, I offer my feedback here; though it is against the rules, you have not left me any other alternative.

When you delete my dissenting comment which does not violate any of your rules (in a thread comically overwhelmed with postst that *do* violate the rules, left untouched) in which I intimate that I will slow or stop my patronage of your platform, it doesn't exactly incentivize me to reverse that stance. Way to blow the reputation lead over Steam you had with me.

Responses are neither required nor desired, I won't be looking at this thread again. If only because GoG makes it such a pain in the butt to do so.

Also, yes, I do realize that's not actually a catch-22.

I bet that your privacy settings are at fault not theirs.

But other members are free to post in this thread anyway according the forum rules. The original poster of a thread has no authority to dictate who may or may not post subsequent replies into it, even though that quoted statement seems to be asserting such an authority even though such an authority doesn't actually exist for regular forum members.

Hopefully you look at this. You have to change your own personal settings to PM others. You can't PM anyone if you're set to private.

change your privacy settings

also, can you elaborate on what are you exactly complaining about? What "dissenting comment" got deleted?
