I bought Baldur's Gate 3, but obviously, I can't log in within GOG Galaxy. I requested a refund, and the money was returned to me, but it was credited to my GOG WALLET. Now, I would like to purchase it as a gift and send it to my new GOG account, but my account is blocked for 'security' reasons for 3 months. Please, give me a way to play!

Send an e-mail to either help (at) gog (dot) com or support (at) gog (dot) com from whatever address you're using currently. There's no such thing as support without e-mail. If you want to recover access to the lost account, you'll need to provide proof of ownership, like order receipts and the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used.
