I am hoping our collective memories are better than mine specifically.
I am trying to remember the name of a game I played on PC ( Might be DOS or Early Windows ) between 1992 and 1994 ( the game might be a year or two older, having possibly been scooped out a discount bin. )
I think I would call it an early RPG. You had a party which moved on the world map and you would move to a battle map from there to fight groups of enemys, much in the style of early Ultima games. I Think it was low or no-magic.
The one innovative feature which jumps out of my memory is the hit location system. You'd need to specify if your characters where attacking 'low' 'Mid/Torso' or 'High'.
Anyone remember this title ? It's been bouncing around in my head for years and I'd like to put it to rest.
I keep wanting to remember it as a single word title like " Morogoth " or Ornwielh " or something along those lines.
Any help would be appreciated.
The only fights i remember were early on, fighting goblins ( short monsters ) and that my "high" attacks always went over their heads.
Thanks !
