Greetings, knowledgeable people.

Here is a question for the more old-timers: there was a game I think I once played on a Spectrum emulator, if I'm not mistaken, and I can't remember its name any more. Here is what I remember of it:

It could be described as a "space soccer simulator". You could play it with one friend or against the CPU. You each would choose one almost triangular shaped space ship (only changed its appearance as far as I could find out) and then the game would begin.

On the right side of the screen you saw the zoomed-in (star) field, in vertical orientation. You would score by sending the ball (looked more like a bubble) across the back line of your opponent's field. I think there was some line that was a goal, but maybe it just gave you more points.

You could ram the ball, that made it move quite fast, or shoot pixels at it, which made it accelerate a little bit. The ball would not leave the field though the side lines.

On the left there was some mini-map, that was quite capable. You could use it to guide your ship towards the ball.

My recent efforts could not provide me with the name for this game. Maybe some of you could help me out?

I shall name it... Bertha.

But really, no idea. Good luck finding your long-lost game. If the forum doesn't have a 100% success rate on finding games, then it's really darn close.
Hyperbowl?

It does not? It seems pretty close to that. :-/

I do have a more difficult case, but I'll leave that to another time. Thank you for your comments. :-)
