Because of the Steam sale I was able to get Beyond Earth: Rising Tide. And now I am very enjoying playing Beyond Earth, which I have had since it came out (birthday present). Fun fun fun!
I also was gifted the Dead Island games, so I have been playing that a little bit. Kind of fun.
I have dabbled in Elliot Quest, Dishonored and Legend of Grimrock.
I am having fun with video games infrequently and for short periods of time.
In the last month I have also sold a car, celebrated my son Juniper's 1st birthday, am buying a house, took a vacation, celebrated my five year wedding anniversary and hosted 88 visits to my bed and breakfast.
Ah, life!
I hope y'all's lives are good as well.
Cheers!

Hello again!
I have recently finished Skyrim's main quest - and I had finished both expansions. My character reached level 71. So, I have stopped. Deleted files. Will pick it up again somewhere in the misty future when I feel like lplaying through the thief and brotherhood questlines.
Also been playing a lot of Grim Dawn! Diggin it.
Made more progress on Batman Origins. Fun game, but I don't love the boss fights as much as I did in the first two games.
Most of the way through Rise of the Tomb Raider. I like it. Just like the first one, but more of it.
I have DOOM now and I play it every now and again. It really does recapture the freewheelin' feel of the first games. But I hate the shield carrying guys!!!!!!!!! HOW THE HELL???!!! DO YOU BEAT THEM??L>!KL:JH F
And I have Torment: Tides of Numenara. Which is wonderful. It is slow. And lots of reading. And a lot of it is overwrought. And pretentious. But, that was all true of the first game as well. And I played that first game a bit here a bit there until I had a handle on the first bunch of areas and then I created a new character and did things the way I wanted to. I figure it will be the same with this one. I like it in spite of itself. And there is a lot there. I suspect I will like it more for years to come. I am happy with it as a successor.
In life...
On June 10, my pregnant wife and our three kids and me and my aging parents all move into a bid old duplex that we have been fixing up for a year! Some stuff will still need doing over time. But it is happening!
And then we have a new baby coming in September!
And I have to buy a mini-van! Because my current car won't have room for the new baby!
Hope y'all's lives are going well.
Happy gaming!

Hi! [waves]
The notification system is still letting us down, it seems. I just saw this today.
Well, we moved in on Saturday! The little kids are exploring every inch of the new house, pushing all the buttons, finding all the sharp edges, and generally running themselves ragged. My wife and I are trying to get everything in working order: hang curtains, unpack boxes, put up toilet paper holders, etc.
Saturday night after the move, everybody except me was in bed by 8:30, so I got to play some games for a couple of hours. I played Fallout 4 for a couple of hours. Created a new character and played through the intro and first area of the game. It was fun! I still am a sucker for Bethesda games.
On Thursday I go on vacation for TWO WHOLE WEEKS! I haven't done that in years. The whole family needs it.
Cheers!
