I'm no geologist, but I'd hazard a guess that a tectonic plate equals a billion rocks.

As for an extreme superlative of "you rock", I don't know of any. Perhaps we can invent one.
I believe that the slang idiom "you rock" derives from "rock and roll", so perhaps an extreme superlative could be derived from "heavy metal".
"You heave"? "You metal"? "You lead"?
I actually like "you lead", lead being one of the more famous heavy metals. Plus it shares a similar duality of noun and verb (even if pronounced differently).
