I am looking for something like:
- Diablo 2
- Dungeon Siege
- Warhammer 40000 Inquisitor
- Torchlight
etc.

I am NOT looking for something like:
- The Ascent
- Slavic Punk
- Space Siege
- Alien Breed Trilogy
How about Titan Quest?
It has some pretty neat expansions/dlcs, too!

Is random map a requirement? Because you say you are looking for those, yet list Dungeon Siege in the list of examples you are looking for.

Either way:
Warhammer: Chaosbane (random maps)
Titan Quest (static maps)
Space Hack (not really sure TBH)
Sacred 1 and 2 (static maps)
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing (static maps with an optional random map mode in the end game from TIAoVH 2 and on)
Fate (not sure)
Darkstone (static surface, random dungeons IIRC)

Please explain what exactly you don't like about these games. Setting, game mechanics, ...?
(disclaimer: I haven't played any of them)

Random map is not requirement if the tailored map content is enough to provide endless replayability.
I already have everything from Van Helsing and it is ok.
Also I have Sacred 1 and 2 and Dungeon Siege, but I am looking for something less dated or at least with 16x9 aspect ratio. Dungeon Siege is 4x3 aspect ratio.

Also I am not looking for a story / dialog heavy game.
I want to slay monsters, collect loot, equip character, rinse&repeat.
Something I can do with one hand only lol.

I will look at Titan Quest and Space Hack now, thanks.

Gotcha. No classics then. :-)

You can skip Sacred 1 then, but give Sacred 2 a shot.

Space Hack fits the criteria, but is extremely basic. Compared to Diablo 2, there are only 2 rarities of items - White and Blue and the gameplay is very monotonous.

The mentioned Silverfall is actually one I forgot, but should last you a while.

Titan Quest is a sure bet. Can't go wrong with that one. Spiritual successor to that is Grim Dawn.

You guys totally forgot one of the best "diablo-likes" ever:

Grim Dawn

If you can borrow me your time machine, yup
Does it need to be real time?

it can also be a turn based top-down or isometric dungeon crawler but should NOT be roguelike.
I am looking for something with continuous character advancement.

Well, depending how you feel, Tales of Maj'Eyal has that. The main world map is set, the dungeons are procgen.
Stone Shard count?
Divine Divinity?
