I'm guessing you're young (17 or 18 by the email) so I'll throw in a free tip:

1) Have some street cred. Join the forum, talk a while.
2) Give as much relevant information about your project as possible so people can make an informed decision. I can code, but I don't know a lick of Fortran. Or are you talking about medical coding? Is it an educational medical coding 2D platformer? I don't know that skill.
3) Why do you need help? Help us know your need.

If you want to persuade somebody, try Ethos, Pathos and Logos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAsxyffBqm0
If you have some concept material to show you're serious, you can try https://www.reddit.com/r/INAT/

That's the subreddit I plan to ask for help when I have a design doc written up for my game (will need a programmer, ideally C# or another Unity language), though if need be I'll also use this forum and a few others.
Hmmm... to refer to Extra Credits, you want to make a minimum viable product for your game as a proof of concept, then afterwards expand with other features you'd need.

Although knowing what engine/system you plan on using might be helpful.

I think you might try your luck on the HTML5 Game Devs Forum, I'm quite sure you will find people there interested by this kind of project ;-)
