It depends.... it was a Magnetic Scrolls and MicroProse game, both which has very complicated IP thingies after many years of folding and being sold and merging...
However, the original creators of Magnetic Scrolls reformed a new company, Strand Games (https://strandgames.com/) in 2017. They have re-released 3 of their old games - JInxter, The Pawn and The Guild of Thieves, on itch.io (https://strandgames.itch.io/). so it is more likely it will show up there if they have the right to this game also.
