I've backed two titles in pre order fashion.
Pillars 2 on FIG
and Ghost Song through website donation. Ghost Song still doesn't have a release date, and I backed it 4 years ago.

Kind of like Sui Generis. It's been 6 years since it was funded with an estimated release date of May 2014. LOL. But that's one of only two duds of all the ones I've backed (and I considered this one a big gamble with a high possibility of not delivering. So no big deal. Apparently the devs are actually still working on it though).
Until now, I backed:

Wasteland 2
Torment: Tides of Numenera
Mighty No.9
Shantae: Half-genie Hero
Divinity: original Sin 2

Everyone has been a disappointment, exception made for the awesome Divinity OS2.
Wasteland 2 was fun and I enjoyed it, though my expectations were much higher.
Shantae is decent but nothing more, too linear and basic, without replay value. Very distant from the much better Pirate's Curse.
Torment is awful in all regards. All my expectations shattered with a shallow, exploitable and boring game.
Mighty No.9 has to be one of the worst platformers ever, the devs learnt nothing since Mega Man 1; on contrary, they even made level design worse. A wreckage of a game, an insult to a legacy. Also, Inafune is a liar full of manure and a total failure as a director.
