Something like Steam wishlist feature "your ranked order" or sorting/moving wishlisted games by click & drag.

I've not tried it, but you might want to look into

There are several forum posts suggesting that additional ways of wishlist storting are provided.

Wishlist manual sorting
Looking through the script code, sorting by priority tags seems to be the accepted way to perform custom sorting.
Edit: Custom tagging has optional cloud syncing. If your wishlist is public, it appears possible for other people to see your wishlist order, providing they are also running the adalia fundamentals script.
