Greetings.

Been looking for a old martial arts movie for a while and I really need help finding it because for some reason it's way hard to find even though I got lots of words to search for.

Here's the story.
Opens up with a martial arts dude thinking he's in a ordinary martial arts movie recording and it turns out he's in a illegal snuff martial arts movie production with a black guy as a star. Snuffing commence.
Dude in america is a martial arts dude cop in america. He got a brother or some other issue that have him travel to some asian country for kicks, revenge, answers or something. He gets cocky, humiliated, finds a martial arts master with a monkey that pretends he's a drunk and starts to train for a show down in a big cage with mentioned black really crazy snuff dude.
There's also a girl in there somewhere and I think the martial arts master with a monkey turns up dead, literally, in the end.

Please help me find this movie. Please?

how old?

tinyE: how old?
I'd say early '90s but the style of it could reach into 2k.

Edit: That's a part of the problem. It's timewise hard to pinpoint because the style after the '80s was kinda uniform for a long while.

And it has Billy Blanks, the inventor of Tai Bo. :P

Are you sure it's from the 90's/2000's? And is the tone comedic, traditional, or something like a Jean Claude flick?

Edit - nvm. Posted too slowly/late. :P
