Yesterday at around 11 pm I asked for the refund of the deadly dozen, but 5 minutes later they confirmed my refund BUT I DON'T SEE IT REFLECTED IN MY PAYSAFECARD ACCOUNT

It was refunded to your GOG wallet, not paysafecard. ;)

As far as I know PaySafeCard is an anonymous way to pay on the internet so it is not possible to transfer money back to an account.

That's why your money has been placed in your GOG Wallet (which is basically store credit) and can only be used to buy other games on GOG.

If you wanted the actual money back you would have to say so on the refund form and use a traceable payment method like credit cards (the real ones, not pre-paid).

Thanks : D
If wallet funds don't satisfy you, it should be still possible to contact support, explain situation and arrange transfer to your bank account.

Not in his case since he used PaySafeCard.

Why not? Non-wallet refunds are always handled by support anyway.

Cash refunds can take a few business days, depending on the exact payment method used, your bank, etc. There are some exceptions, such as paysafecard, SOFORT, and GiroPay - for technical reasons, these transactions need to be fully processed before they can be refunded; this can take up to a few weeks.

Because PaySafeCard does not use accounts. When you buy a PaySafeCard for 20€ you get a code that can be used to pay for products or services with companies that support PaySafeCard up to that amount (or up to what is left if you have used the code before). It's possible to use several codes if the amount left on a code is not enough to fully pay the bill.

But these codes are not accounts and can not receive money. And since GOG is only allowed to transfer money back to the point of origin because of EU money laundering laws there is no way to send the money back.

It would be news to me if PaySafeCard had changed how they work.
He said paysafecard account this means he registered with his actual adress to use an account and is not anonymous anymore.
Paysafecard can also be used with codes only but it's very limiting.
Can use google pay also if you have an account registered on paysafecard and connect it to google play.
Don't know if refunds can be added to it.

Support link I posted says different. And here's blue post confirming that. It's from 2019 and I don't follow EU money laundering laws so maybe you're right and support page is outdated.
I'm a bit surprised he got his money back in the first place. Someone must have been in a good mood.

And what makes you say that? I don't recall people having trouble with getting refunds here.

Besides refunds to wallet in 30 days period are automatic.

Because he refunds games that he bought days ago and already spent hours on. I thought once they have been downloaded someone must approve the request.

Fair enough, thought that's just sarcastic picking on support. Sorry.

I think automatic refunds are not checked at all unless, just my guess, account gets flagged for suspicious behavior (like doing it very often). Otherwise it would be too much hassle and missing the point of automating this task in first place.

I see. I guess the download condition is just about offline installers then, *shrug*
