As the title says. I saw the support thingy and it told me to reply to the email I received, but the only one I have so far is the one that say they have received it, from the do not reply email address. Do I have to wait until I receive the one that has the "please write under this line" bit or not?
Click the ticket link in the e-mail to check its status. You might not get multiple requests to reply to keep the ticket open. That might depend on the volume of tickets support is dealing with at the time.

If you chose a refund to wallet, those tend to be quick. You may want to send a polite message with your ticket number to a staff member, before the refund goes through.

I have no links yet. Just the first notification with a refund ID from the do not reply mail. It's being processed still I think.

I thought you opened a support ticket to cancel the refund request. At this point, you should probably ask either ponczo_ or Clownski_ for help. Support tends to be much slower than wallet refunds.

Did it through my order history actually, but I'll try what you suggest
