Maybe you need a key for getting that skin mod from Egosoft?

The fastest way to ge help in this case is contacting GOG support. Came card>more>support is a good place.

Every post I have seen telling others how to find this mythical piece of information says, Go to your library click on the arrow under the game click on more actions, and this ONLY works on the website (we wouldnt want the desktop app actually being useful now would we?) I go to the website, login, click on library... wait no i dont there is no library there is however Games under my login name, so I click games, I click the arrow under x4 and... where the hell is more actions? There is now more actions section, how the hell do I get my damn cdkey for the product I bought, this should never be this damn complicated.
People have been asking what the hell you're talking about. How about you give them some god damn answers!

Got ya, fair enough. I didn't know Neverwinter Nights 2 had multiplayer.
