I wanted to make a review of a game but couldn't find where you do that, shouldn't there be like a button on the store page?

Edit: never mind, my mistake. :P
Follow up question, any way to change your rating afterwards?

There should be the text "My review: add now" in the upper area of the User reviews

You can only change your rating if you haven't reviewed the game in question. Otherwise, you'll need to contact support.
