Hey so I went to request for a refund but it didn't seem to let me submit it. It asks for an attachment but I'm unable to do so. I want to refund Saints Row Gat out of Hell but it freezes within the first 10 seconds of booting up and it freezes my own computer to the point I have to shut off my pc to get out of the game. Can someone explain how I can get a refund without posting an attachment for the reason.

Hi, you'll have to be patient. You'll first be required to work with support first to try to get the game running. If you and support working together can't get the game running, you'll get the refund. (because these games are DRM-free refunds aren't always as simple as on Steam)

As for the attachment it is required. However I'm sure somebody else here can explain how to do it if the instructions on the page aren't clear. Tomorrow staff might be browsing the forums and can help out too, or you can post on the r/gog subreddit or try contacting GOG via other social media.

You haven’t put any information, assuming windows (10?), click start, type dxdiag, then let the prearranged collect info, then hit save all information, and then attach the text file to your post to help.
