So basically, "Help, my pirated game won't run!"?

That's like coming into a shop and asking them to replace the item you stole because it's faulty... the nerve of some people.

OP, if you want to play the game try this thing called 'buying it'

There was a really angry user who called me, saying my company was @#$!# and its products were !@#$@, and I was @#$*! too. He said he bought our graphics card, and it didn't work, and what the @&$!# was I going to do about it before he sued my lying butt.

After this I learned from him that he didn't actually have our product.

Having bought from GOG, Pillars of Eternity, I managed to install it, but trying to launch it, PLAY is greyed out and MORE asks me to enter a GOG code that I do not have, Can anyone help?

Just in case, check your game page using browser. I've read couple times that serials are not available when browsing game pages using Galaxy.

You should play their games, too! I highly recommend Escape from St. Mary's, which is honestly up there with LucasArts masterpieces, and Andrew Walters' still-unfinished trilogy.
