If payment goes through, you'll find an Ask for refund link below the order. Requesting a refund to wallet is a semi-automated process that usually takes about 24 hours.
Hello jradmann17!

Just in case you did not got in touch with GOG.COM's support team, yet.
If your order went through all the payment process (which means you have already paid twice for the same product), then it might take one or two days for concluding the "check progress status" to be resolved. But usually, a second copy of a game is provided as a redeemable gift code.

Seeing that you are from Brazil, may I conclude that you tried paying via the option of "boleto bancário"?

In that case, the external site "BoaCompra" will generate the "boleto" (payment order recipe) which you will have to pay within the following 30 days. Only a couple of days after you have paid the "boleto", the "in progress" status in your orders history will get updated by GOG.com.

I had recently a similar situation, where I tried to buy "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition". Unfortunately, the "BoaCompra" site were not able to finish the payment procedure to generate a valid "boleto" for me. Hence, I tried it a coulpe of times, to no success.
Now I have multiple entries of "in progress" status for the same game/item(s) in my orders history. Because GOG.COM creates these the moment you press on "pay for your order now" while having selected the payment option of "boleto bancário" (for Brazillian customers), whether the external service from "BoaCompra" is capable of processing your order/payment, or not!

I got in touch with customer support from both GOG.COM and from "BoaCompra".
From "BoaCompra" I was told, that there is nothing to be worried regarding payment if the "boleto" was not generated in the first place (either due to an error on their side of the process or due to the customer cancelling the issuing of a boleto).
The GOG.COM support team informed me, that they can not do anything with respect to the orders history, since it is being generated automatically. Any non-conclusive "in progress" entry should disappear by its own after a period of about 30 days. (There are still a week or so remaining for my orders with incomplete payment attempts to reach that amount of time. But afterwards I can give an update whether they really disappeared, or not. Let us wait and see.)

Kind regards,
foxgog
