While I have no idea why you'd want to do that, probably contacting support is the way to go. There's no streamlined automatic way to do so, at least to my knowledge.

True, if you can redeem game with connect, download them and then pass the password of your steam account around it would be quite abusable. But at that point, might as well pirate directly and skip the hoops.
