I think, Huniepop is the only "real" game that fits this categorization. There are a few eroge themed visual novels, but I don´t play visual novels, so I don´t know which one to recommend.
EDIT: There is also Leisure Suit Larry, but I don´t know, if they can be called "sexy". Better check some gameplay videos.
