Hey,

is the Multiplayer in Heroes of Might and Magic 5 still functional / online? Is there a way to play Heroes 5 online with friends in the GoG Version??

The game page says: MULTIPLAYER NOTICE: Online servers shut down as of the 6th of October, 2015. Multiplayer is available only through a LAN connection.

Third party apps, like Hamachi or Tunngle, should do the job.

But I must warn you that you still can encounter Out of Sync issues from time to time. Like those you can see in Heroes 6 and Heroes 7 but less frequently. Ubisoft shitty online services says hello. :)
