Really a big waste of money, I purchased the game and installed it with the hd patch but the game still looks like crap with respect to video quality. I have the Steam HD version and there is no comparison. The Steam game looks great.
I fell for the hype of having the Complete game but I'm disappointed. After reading the terms on GOG I can see that it is almost impossible to get a refund. I won't be buying anything from GOG in the future.
Imagine if GOG game pages had screenshots that you could see before buying a game. People wouldn't be having problems like this one here then.

The Steam HD version has only the original Campaign. And they did remaster the textures for it to have higher resolution. The GOG version is the original version.
Let's see...you can pay $10 on GOG to have the complete version with the two expansions and everything, or you can pay $15 on Steam to have the bare-bones base game only with no expansions, no random map generator, no campaign editor, nothing. But you'd rather throw a hissy fit because of some superficial HD remaster, since you're playing a 20-year old strategy game for...the resolution of the graphics, somehow? OK.
