No. God no. Fuck no.
I'm actually very interested in playing that game, but from reading the reviews on steam, this seems to be a poor cashgrap?
The game was unfortunately in a pretty unfinished state. I doubt it would make it through GOG's acceptance criteria.

How so ?
It even had expansions.
Good, fun game, imo. It's very underrated.

You wouldn't happen to know who currently owns the IP, do you? If you do, please ask them about getting it to GOG.

Flagship Studios developed the game - but they've been gone for a good while now - and it was published by multiple companies (I assume for different regions, platforms, or at different times).

Hanbitsoft own the rights.

I bought it. Seems alright. There are no MTX / cashshop. Difficulty seems nerfed - exp gain increased. Enemies are a little loot piñata-ish. Much easier than Original+Revival.

Tokyo content not in the game yet... apparently coming in a patch.

Less than $10 at the moment. Probably worth that if you're into looter shooters.
just to be clear,
most of bad reviews so far are:
just a re-release of the old, no graphics improvement;
No MMO/Added MMO ?
Its not been upgraded to current
Translation issues/bad trenslation of oriental version

for issue nº1( and 3)- how about Doom or the original Witcher?
just gonna buy the improved versions?-really?

as for nº2-I don't care for multiplayer, don't want online or multi-

As for the issue of Translation or being made from the
oriental (Korean?) version, i may give that point, if people in
Europe and USA give a push they may improve that aspect.

This just in about ownership- they made it work for Steam
Can't we get some in here?

Once again Thanks for the interest and any answer that is provided

+1

This is one of those games that I got hyped up for nothing - and then embalming my head in the table. I got so disappointed.

It's not terrible, just really unfinished and clunky. And bad...

Well, the most people can do is vote for the game.

Another option is to ask GOG's Support, but I'm not sure if they're allowed to give such information.
It's an okay game. A bit grindy and repetitive, but that's the genre. I'd rebuy it and import my saves. I had ceased playing it because the fire effects were slowing my old cpu too much. I wonder how much longer I'd have continued.

Probably for as long as Borderlands. Forgetting it for a while, and coming back to it from time to time for the fun atmosphere.

Except that apparently every town character model got their hair changed to the typical weaboo style. I don't own the new version so I can't say much about that, but it sounds like a horrible change.
Would be cool to have it here especially with the announcement that it will be rereleased as a single-player title based on v2.0 of Hellgate: Tokyo.
What's the deal with Hellgate: London? I've never heard of this game before a few months ago and a lot of people seem to really want it..?

Too harsh but I agree completely.
