Apparently they have chosen to focus entirely on the hardware side of things for now.

A billion-dollar company:

1) Created a gaming division led by an industry veteran
2) Said division opened a second studio and acquired another company
3) Had said division close in the span of less than two years, without announcing a single game, let alone develop it

Things are looking good for Stadia and it's totally not going to end up in the Google graveyard.

this is what happens when rich kids born into leadership position make decisions based on market trends they read on twitter
Yeah, what a shock. Waving a chequebook like a feather duster didn't make games happen.

Sometimes I wonder if Phil Harrison is a curse or if he knows when things are obviously going to fall apart so he just slides in, puts another title on his resume while reaping what he can from kickbacks and benefits.
Good streaming will never be the future of video games, plus I love to have my ownership of video games and to be able to mod them.

Also I have a 1TB monthly cap every month from Comcast and as seeing most new AAA video games released for sale these days are anywhere from 100GB to even upwards 200GB for some video games I would run out of my 1TB monthly cap in one month.

yeah me too
