It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi,

Since few days, in the GoG client interface (Windows 10 - 64 bits), it is not possible anymore to watch game video in fullscreen mode.
The symbol linked to full scrren mode is available but when clicked, popup window appears indication that the fullscreen mode is unavailable, so not possible to watch the video in fullscreen mode, whatever the resolution selected.

I've checked my web bowsers (firefox and chrome, lastest versions), all video can be triggered in fullscreen mode, and moreover, nothing change in my PC config.

Am I alone with this issue? Any help is welcome.

In advance many thanks for your advices.

Best regards

MM.

It's always been that way in Galaxy client AFAIK. Anyway, I get the same results. Sucks because the video is like 3.5" wide on my 30" monitor and I can't make out enough details to want to bother watching them which means I have to go to the GOG website directly to do it instead which defeats the purpose of navigating the store in Galaxy unless not wanting to watch videos.
I know this is old but come on man we're almost in 2019 and we still can't fullscreen game trailers in our GoG client? Why? When I use Steam I like to browse the Store and watch game trailers in fullscreen before I buy anything. With GoG it should be the same. If I wanted to use their website I wouldn't even bother with the client, but that's why we get the client so we can do all of it on there...

Frankly, I only use the Galaxy client for game installing and maintenance and chat. I find the website viewed through a browser much more convenient.
Yes its always been this way but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to change - full screen video playback needs to be available - its part of my purchasing evaluation - getting annoying every time I click on the full screen button and it says 'unavailable'.
Thanks, with a lot of delay, for your answers ...

Just checked ... always the same issue : full screen remains 'unavailable'.
