I am trying to get a refund (to my GOG wallet) because I had some stability problems with the games I purchased, but I got no response, except for one automated message. Since then I wrote multiple times to the support team but all the time I only got one automated message and nothing else. Can anyone help me with this? What can I do? This made me think twice about purchasing anything on GOG.

They're handling a high volume of support requests, so other than responding to the follow-up emails that are automated, it seems like you may just have to find the patience to wait until they can respond personally.

Hopefully you did not open more support tickets each time, which would only serve to clutter up their backlog of support requests even more, making it that much longer of a wait for not only yourself but others as they sift through all of them.

Also check your spam filter. There were several cases in the recent past where users had received the automated message but not the reply support had sent them.

I got a reply after 3 weeks, but things moved along quite fast once they replied. With the whole situation the world is going through, I think it's understandable. GOG support have been understaffed even in their better days...

What issues, with what game. It may be there is help in the games sub forum, or on pcgamingwiki.
