It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Can you tell if this is an issue with Firefox, or your ISP?
I'm on Firefox and it's working great.
Try another browser and if it works there try disabling some Addons. Firefox works perfectly here ...

Looks like its a problem in Malaysia - I'm using symphonet and having the same problem.
If it's different ISPs, then it's either an issue on GOG's end or it's an issue from Telekom since everyone goes through them in the end.

also, another thread by Malaysians 2 days ago about this : https://www.gog.com/forum/general/problem_with_gog_site/page2

Sorry for resurrecting this old thread, but I have a big problem in Firefox 96.0.3, where the new/updated GOG store page is simply not working.

I cannot select or click anything... right now, I tried to use Firefox in safe mode*
In Microsoft Edge, there is no such problems, the options in GOG Store page works without problems. But my primary browser is Firefox, so I would like to continue to use it.

* holding down shift + clicking on Firefox icon, after it ask how you would like to run it and than I selected safe mode

I tred to click on anything, but most things/buttons doesn't work. Also, most images aren't loading either.

I deleted all my history in Firefox, cache, etc.
What could be the problem?

Hi there.
Using Firefox 96.0.3 here as well. No issues at all.
So must be a third party tool / browser addon you are using causing the issues most likely.
Using Ublock Origin here without issues - are you maybe using sth like Ghostery or an AV Suite with Web Browser Functionalities?
low rated
I use a Firefox-based browser and, while sometimes crancky, prob. due to my old PC, it works quite well

Thanks for you reply.
I have only Windows Defender and the standard Windows firewall enabled, no 3rd party Antivirus/AV Suites installed.

I am using only the following plugins:
Bookmark Organizer
ColorZilla
Adblock Plus (disabled)
DigSig plugin by Comtrade

Everything worked a day or two ago, so something changed here by me or at GOG.

Maybe I should reinstall Firefox?
Will try to export the bookmarks and see if it works.

ya would definitely recommend a reinstall - seems like firefox is having a weird "hiccup" - your plugins seem to be fine from a first glimpse (and ya Defender and Windows Firewall not causing issues either)

He loaded it in safe mode, which doesn't load plug-ins and add ons.

That is correct, in safe mode no addons work.
It is almost the same as a fresh install of Firefox. At least in theory.

I will try it right now, because wasn't at the computer. Will report back.
