When I get a reply, I often don't get the notification for it, and have to manually look up the thread to see if I got a reply. And indeed, despite not having a notification, the thread has the reply icon next to it in the forum.

Conversely, I often had notifications when nobody replied to any of my posts and when I opened them, it showed nothing or just grayed out links to topics I had participated in the past (meaning I had seen everything).

And ridiculously enough, in the "topics you haev recently participated in" I was often missing topics I actively took part in - back when the DnD dungeon game from Doc was one, I never saw any of his threads there, despite posting there almost every day or 2-3 times per week or more. Whereas threads where I posted once or twice and that was it were there.
That feature is often severely lagging, so sometimes it just need time. I also need to backtrack the threads I've posted in in the last week. And sometimes someone starts out by quoting me and then changes the post since the new post button is either on top or at the bottom (I think).

The forum isn't exactly high on GOGs list over priorities. Especially a short list over recent newly posts from every sub-forum on top of the page is something I wish for, like they have on https://www.diskusjon.no ; "this is what we talk about now", or "latest posts".

Yes, the forum is FCKed. Everyone knows it, it’s right there, 17 places below ensuring every computer has galaxy installed on it.
