Hi, as the title says, the store page marks as not owned deluxe editions of games and their corresponding upgrading DLCs even though I already bought them. Is there a way to fix it?
It's the same with preorders etc. So far no solution is in sight.

Hello. This is a known issue that dates back to 2013 and has yet to be fixed.
For me it's Stasis (i got game for free, bought the deluxe upgrade, yet the complete package doesn't show up as "owned"). And Darksiders Franchise pack (i had bought each and every piece independently, even Darksiders 2 original, yet the full pack doesn't show up as "owned").
Yet it's so easy to fix. Mark which content is included in a game edition. Introduce "update" button. When clicking button each game version of which all content is owned gets marked owned. Voila.

That would be asking too much of them, it seems....they are more focused on Galaxy 2.0 atm. :\

And silently cancelling out core or secondary policies of old. As well as how to "serve" them changes raw to us.
Yep, this is a known issue that dates back a good while.
It is one of the reasons I use a program to store game details and links.
A simple search can find the right version though.

I don't know why they don't fix these things and filters. Very unhelpful of them.

What annoys more though, is DLCs and even games I own, not being shown as such.
Even with something like The Witcher, one of their own games. I have the Game Of The Year version of their third one, and even the main game doesn't show as owned by me and a few DLC, when really that version contains everything.

Similar with Shadow Warrior 2 and others.
