You're right. I'll remove that side.

Also, I just updated the rules. Most of them are the same. I added an exclusion for Known Scammers and Free-To-Play codes. Also, the formatting is much nicer.

Edit: Oh, and I included info about leaving feedback on the forums when you receive a game (or get duped or allow an alternative game for a non-working code)

Note: The receiver will be the one who removes the game from the list and adds their game to the list at the time that they redeem the game.

(I added that above too. I had 2 conflicting statements earlier.)
