I think Mafia & myself are going to play sometime this weekend. Not entirely sure when exactly. The only day I probably can't play 100% is Saturday. School work due, a D&D session, and UFC kinda fills that day up nearly 100%.

WereCrow and I are going at it on Saturday at 12pm Pacific, 9pm GMT+1.

In other words, watch as my human team gets ground into dust! (probably, but hopefully not)

Mystral's The Roving Band and my Half Moon Bombers will be squaring off this Friday, at 20: 00 p.m( CET, equivalent to GMT+1).

In the end it probably did make little difference. Still this was a thoroughly disappointing match. Playing Dwarves is like pulling teeth in any case but this match has to take the crown. I played probably one of the best defensive games I have ever done, stalling the Hammerfists to turn 8 in the first half only to have a (admittedly very nice :D) 55655 rolled TD.

In total I must have managed to knock the ball loose at least four or five times despite a guarder cage. Every time it scattered right back into the hands of a Dwarf (who of course caught it despite my TDs), or to a free field where the next Dwarf along safely picked it up immediately despite me starting with three players next to the ball. Even in the one case where I got my hands on the ball, the player holding it was knocked down immediately (and, of course, the Dwarfs picked up the ball without problems).

The last straw was my attempt at equalizing which was intercepted by a regular Dwarf in a TZ (7+).

Quite an interesting game in its way but spending all that effort for absolutely no payoff (well 1 MVP) is somewhat aggravating.

Panda and I will play sometime this weekend. Unsure when exactly though.

My game against CSPVG ended in a 1-1 draw. It was a bit frustrating for both sides, as CSPVG was really unlucky with his trolls' "really stupid" rolls, while I had a lot of trouble with pick-up and block rolls.

CSPVG did manage to score with a thrown goblin however, while my werewolf with 3 SPP managed to score his second TD when the ball was thrown back on the pitch right next to him.

2 injuries and 1 death on my side, 2 injuries on his. Fortunately, it was only my one zombie merc who died, so at least this time the MVP won't go to a merc.
The rest of my zombies stayed unscathed for the third game in a row, with the 2 injuries being picked up by a flesh golem and a werewolf.

The same as previous matches.
I started well, then I slowly losed player and everything went wrong.
Lost 3-1 to Red Spiky Team.
I scored on turn 3, Dodo equalized on turn 8 (which could be prevented if I stalled before my TD, but it's not for me) and second half was his to do whatever he wanted. I ended the match with 6 injured, luckily at least all were Badly Hurt.
It is apparent I am doing something wrong. Every match I lose big part of team to knock outs and injuries while I barely manage to knock out anyone and I injured 1 player total this season so far. If only I knew what I am doing wrong.
It's not fun to end every match seriously outnumbered.
