I was scrolling through Reddit and found that PolyClassic: Wild seems to be an asset flip game, Unity Asset Store and GOG store page.

I'd really like to know how this could happen. So many good games never seem to make it on to GOG, but this does?

Look at the entire Whale Rock Games catalog, including the All Games Bundle with a base price of $200.09.

Evidence WhaleRockGames uses many fraudulent reviews
Dev with a ton of unfinished Early Access games
Enough of the continuous ukrainian shovelware sale

The developers are Ukrainian, so GOG may have been driven by empathy. I would've preferred if they'd stuck to charitable efforts tied to good games.
What is an "asset flip game", and why does it matter?

EDIT: Ok so something like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asset_flip

Anyway, I prefer whoop-ass jingle games.

I wonder if it really matters if a game uses default assets as long as the game is still fun?
We all remember the time when graphics were just a means to an end (in most cases you could just guess what the sprite was supposed to be ;)) and we still had fun playing those games. So as long as the games aren't broken and are fun and cheap ... I guess I fail to see the problem. If the game is unplayable or simply boring (which would be pretty subjective) that would be a different case. Of course this is just my opinion as always :)

What worries me more about these devs are the reviews which are obviously fake and still won't get deleted by GOG.
