I'm particularly excited about Deus Ex, I thought Human Revolution was fun but it did not blow my mind.
From what I've read the first Deus game is something very different.

I just missed Tales of Maj’Eyal and its DLC Ashes of Urh'Rok. I forgot to purchase them in finale. I may have a chance in the next year. :D

I think I will too. I have played 1503 and like the play style very much. I also have Patrician IV, Riseof Venice, Commander conquest of the Americas.... I play those every once in a while but they usually come off like a grind after a while. Im not the best at playing them. Also, the Settlers series I've loved since the first one on Amiga! :)

the Anno series and the Settler series are two of my favorites for sure. The thing I like about the Anno series is it does not focus so much on combat but more on city building, trade, and diplomacy. I often just want to play a relaxing game like that and Anno fits the bill.

I like limited combat. Realistic amounts instead of a steady stream. ANNO 1503 seems to have a very good combat system. I'm hoping 1701 is very similar to it in most respects. With 1404 I felt like I couldn't keep up with everything being thrown at me. I joked that it was like ADD infected.
