Almost exclusively an access rights issue, specifically not being logged in somehow.

I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies and re-logging in.

How are you trying to access games? Site? Galaxy? Something else?

Are you using any extensions/addons/scripts that mess with the site, its cookies, etc.?

Might be something with the work server...

Firefox gives me the 403 when I try to download... Chrome also does it... IE tries to download it, but fails.

Will try when I get home...
