Well, I know that in the Mana series, there's a day of the week system. On the Mana Holy Day, inns are free. But that doesn't exactly count.

Avernum had an internal calendar that would occasionally come up in the form of "Here's a discount" or just a note in your message log.

On topic - You Don't Know Jack / Terraria

Unepic has some graphics changes around the holiday and winter. (In fact, there was a time when the Linux version (and possibly the Mac version) would crash if you entered the affected area during the winter because there were some missing files.

Cookie Clicker has some seasonal events. You do eventually get a heavenly upgrade that allows you to switch between them at will.

I hear Tyrian 2000 has at least one seasonal easter egg as well (around the end of December).

TES: Arena has a few of these. I don't remember if Daggerfall retained this feature, but I know it's not present in later TES games.

Not in the first two games of the series, at least.

Terraria has lots of that seasonal stuff.
