In Space Quest for example there are smell and taste commands, which lead to some interesting situations. In Zelda and Loom you can play basic melodies to produce various effects. What are some other games with unusual ways of interacting with objects or NPCs?
The VGA remakes of Larry 1 & 3 and onward - the option to "unzip" on various items...

In Gemini Rue the four main interactions are parts of your body: you can use your eyes, mouth, hands and feet to interact with objects and other characters. Additionally, you can "use" objects or hotspots with other characters to ask them to do something related to those objects.
