Does anyone here know if there is any information on what changes when a game updates?

For example, Titan Quest has had many updates recently and I have no idea the purpose for such updates.

Limbo just had one as well, but no idea as to the reason for it.

Is there a way to find out?
Are these from the developer or from gog?

Any insight would be great.

In the library just click on the game and then the "More" button. There you can access the changelog.

I've seen that in the game specific fora are also sometimes changelog threads that list changes.
