On your games library, if you have any games that are de-listed (such as Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition, to name one popular example) you'll notice that those are excluded from your library when any filters are being used. So they won't show up when you only want to see your Mac/Linux games, for example. That's from what I was able to discern, anyway.

I can reproduce this for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver (not delisted, but not for sale either), however my findings were a little more nuanced.

Only the system filter failed to show the game.

Tag, Language (English), Genre (Action), Features (Single-Player) all resulted in the game being visible, when combined with text search.

Open a support ticket. Tell the chatbot the issue is of type "other" twice.

Most filters on the wishlist and library pages are broken. They've been aware of this for many years, so don't get your hopes up that they'll fix anything.
