Not a question nor a problem but merely a suggestion :D

Hi, while browsing the Steam looking for updates and offers, i this game got my attention...

Angelo and Deemon: One Hell of a Quest:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/945160/Angelo_and_Deemon_One_Hell_of_a_Quest/

SPOILER: walkthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZPhzaKmYDw

Yup another nic(h)e point 'n Click game , (walkthrough is 2 hours but since i am no point n click God i will take at least 3 hours or more before i will be able to finshed a game, @13,99€ retail it's $3.50 which is okay for me.)

Maybe it's a nice tip for games who also have steam and don't mind playing a game that needs Steam
( i wont buy it at Steam ( unless its 99 cents one day) if i can't play it without Steam.

Anyway there are many nice games at Steam , a few are wishlisted and i will buy them at a big sale,
( 1 to 1.99 euro at max.)

Nice, but the price(for a 3 hour game) is a bit high, so I will also wait for a sale. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, though.

Cheers...

It is a little much, i agree, 6.99 or so would be a nice list price ... for now the games are on the wishlist.

Yeah, they want $16.99 here, which is a bit steep for such a short game(and we all foolishly thought digital gaming would bring cheaper prices......lol).

Heck, it's bad enough Bigfish/etc charge around 15 bucks and up for HOGs(the versions with guides and the extra content) when not on sale.....I DID rebuy the Blackwell Bundle here for like 5-6 bucks(for 4-5 games), though, as that was a very good deal.
I'll be honest, I read this and thought you were the developer doing some weird guerilla marketing tactic where you neg on the price of your game while simultaneously widening its exposure to an audience that might otherwise not have noticed it ever existed.

Then I looked and saw that the developer is based in the Ukraine so that theory flew right out the window.

Then I considered it was just a way for you to promote your YouTube channel but I see that the info on it lists the location as Morocco and not the Netherlands. But I'm a pretty stereotypical American buffoon who trips over geography quite a bit so maybe I'm missing the connection there. I see the Twitter handle is gamesbase1 and it's very similar to gamesfreak64 and then I begin to think... maybe that's what this is - an easy way to drive hits to your channel without potentially incurring a ban by doing similar on the Steam forums for the game because the volunteer Steam moderators tend to have itchy trigger fingers or slapping it into a review like everyone else seems to do there with the "Here's my review: (click to go to my channel and watch it)" method.

Then I go back into reality and out of the "everything is a conspiracy" headspace and assumed good faith that you were just paging through Steam and happened upon the game, were curious about it but balked at the asking price and said "Nope, I'll watch a video of someone playing it and then I'll wait to see if it hits a price I'm comfortable paying". It's unfortunate that the channel has such a grating intro sequence with equally obnoxious music but sometimes you don't get the luxury of choice when dealing with games that don't have the PR war wagon driving them down the public's throats.

hahahahaha pardon me laughing, if you refer to me , nothing weird going on, i can assure you that .

Anyway the last part of your reply is the one that fits, i was browsing Steam ( Steam often gets the best games first cause they are loaded with DRM and many publishers love DRM ( EA is one of the many).
So i'm sorry to disappoint you there is no conspiracy theory , just a gamer who likes games.
Thank for the heads up!
