This isn't actually true. I did note that trent is well within his scum meta.

I've played with trent a lot over the years, and Town!trent has more of a tendency to lock onto somebody he thinks is scum and be really tenacious about it. Scum!trent is a little more easy-going and somewhat more reluctant to take that risk.

Mind you, that's just my observation over the years.

I... just don't think so. If the scums get together and aggressively promote electing a Townie as pope, it runs the risk of succeeding and ending the game in their automatic loss. I can't see scum team taking that risk. I wouldn't.

I mean, I've said about all I want to say on this topic. If ya'll think my grand brilliant scum plan was to throw myself at trent for no good reason - and I'm still the only one voting for him - and just blow myself up... well, I don't know what you think that would accomplish, but you guys think whatever you want.

I liked mchack's reply to me, that moves him up a few points IMO. I also liked yogsloth's response to me, which is another reason why I'm not hammering him now, and will let this phase go on for just a little bit more.

I think that everyone is waiting on you. If you decide to keep your vote as is, then the only option is to hope that everyone town gets online to switch their vote. Hopefully this doesn't come at the last minute where we have no option except to accept that scum team gets to decide... and will pretty much win the game. No pressure though - just w request to not wait until the last minute.

Also it's pretty late as it's 11pm here in California. Everyone else in the US is probably asleep. People over in Europe are probably awake or waking up as it's 7am there. The only reason I'm still up is the dishwasher plus I smell skunk from outside.

It would be 8AM in the UK now, yes, but more of what we call "Europe" is UTC+2, including Germany. It's also my timezone. Surprisingly Flocke and mchack have Germany listed on their profiles.

The rest of the players are spread between the USA and South America, essentially the same timezones as far as I'm concerned... so I'm essentially waiting for Flocke or mchack? At this rate I might as well just hammer earlier, it's unlikely we'll switch away from yogsloth at this point.

I won't switch over to Flocke unless I hear from trent and bucktooth that they are also willing to go that way. Also I don't really want to either. Because being over 24 hours at L-1 gives me the impression scum really, really don't want to bus their teammate. So I'm 100% sure we've got the right target here (and maybe even the accuser?). hmm, maybe not the accuser. Yogs asked before, why as scum he would go and self-explode like that, maybe he wanted to protect the accuser from being lynched (Flocke?) or maybe he just wanted to spread our votes so we can't get anyone lynched. If we picked a town target, I'm sure the lynch would have gone a lot easier and faster.
