Is force feedback supported by the flight sims I get here (GOG)?

Depends on the game. The older ones (especially those predating force feedback) are unlikely to support it, the newer ones are more likely. Take a look at the subforums to know more.

I would guess, given the shift in said technology standards over the years, that's a "maybe" at best. Even if the game in question supported force feedback, the transition from old software to new hardware/software is sketchy at best.
