GrimlockPrime: when I look at Witcher 3 Expansion Pass under "View Downloads" it shows them under the countdown timer as a Message from GOG.com

I also ordered the expansion pack independantly of the game myself.
I see the countdown but there is no message underneath. I, as well, ordered the expansion pack independently.
And GOG Support is actually not helping me. They stopped replying after saying for me to use the browser instead of client.
EDIT: I have purchased before the deadline of the promotion too, in case you were wondering.

Okay I sent them another email using the support contact us thing because I wasn't sure if they received my direct email reply. In it I included a screenshot of the web page showing just the countdown timer and no game keys. I just received a reply from support and the games. So be patient :) I am sure they will get around to fixing it for everyone. So thank you GOG.

I received my gift reply in email after working with support. I posted a screenshot of my page for the expansion pass, showing I did not receive the codes, and they replied by gifting it to me.

Moral:

Be polite, be patient, be clear and direct, and GOG will help!

Great job GOG, love you as always!

Im new with GOG and got TW3 with the purchase of an Nvidea graphics card, so i dont have the first 2 games, i´d really like to Ggive them a try before playing TW3 to cath up with the history, anyone that want to spread the witcher love with a newcomer of the franchise xD?, as I noticed that a lot of people have a tons of copies of the first two games

Well i paid for witcher 2 and wish hadnt total crap got as far as first fistfight in cell and qte'ds destroyed any chance of getting through as so out of sync they actually arrived after he punched me and also hate using wsad anyway to fight so i uninstalled and wont get back there, also finding witcher 3 a pain as well but am trying to perservere i lost first fistfight because i couldnt find ctrls to fight and as for tutorial its crap kept crashing my machine and starting again, but as i paid a lot more for this i will attempt to perservere, took me 3 hrs to add a mod to make herb 1 click found that w3 mod manager load of crap and uninstalled
