Is there a program on the market that provides a similar ease of use for activating an Xbox controller in games that do not support a controller as Steam does ?

*works with almost any game, gog, egs, ubi control, ea
*does not disable the mouse
*does not require window only
*works offline
*clear ui
*preferably with automatic activation, fire and forget

AntiMicroX will map mouse / keyb to a controller, won't disable the mouse, is cross platform, etc, if that's what you're asking?

X360CE does what you want, convert a generic controller to Xinput, with luck your controller is already recognised on the database and you don't even need to configure anything.
I've used it many moons ago (perhaps 10 years or close) and although it worked, was a bit of an assle to setup, including droping some files on the game folder. The assle seems to be mostly gone and seems to be very simple to use.

The Steam controller configuration tool is freaking amazing, it's one heck of a reason to use the Steam client IMO.
